Use to be a book called the "City Directory" published for most metro areas.

I'm looking for websites, directories, etc of where I can find private lenders with their expected return, deal structure preferences, etc etc for real estate purchases or deals.

Old fashion way, see if your area has the City Directory, at the library probably.
