I do a lot of things that I consider fun and yet have very little (or no) monetary benefit -- dinners at nice restaurants, movies, vacations, flying airplanes, etc.But, just because I "waste" money on these things that don't provide me a financial return doesn't mean I'm not an entrepreneur.While I think playing the lottery is a ridiculous expenditure, for many people it's ultimately no different than any other enjoyable pastime.

They want one buyer and close it out quickly as the faster they sell the more closings they get.Ask the listing broker for you to take him out to lunch or dinner YOUR TREAT and the broker can pick the time, place and location (make it as easy as possible for them and hard to say no to you).
