Nature can be a great asset, resist wholesale clear cutting!

I Have a hard time keeping the grass cut at my own house. 

Where the floor is cut to accommodate a stairway, the removed structure must be supported by a header and in a basement that header is usually supported by a post near the bottom of the stairway.

@Brian Berry as others have pointed out, you cut corners to save a few dollars by DIY managing, now it may cost you thousands.Who have you lined up to access the property when needed?

If it turns out to be really serious, like described above, then you can renegotiate with the seller and/or cut bait.

As many of you many already know, the Fed was originally projected to make six rate cuts for the year, however with this current data, the Fed will likely continue to be stagnant with making any cuts, if any at all.

Some of these lenders will not acknowledge the LTV limit until you already have the appraisal, and then they cut leverage.

So fair market is 1766 without heat- so I'm upping her rent to 1750 (cutting them a little break). 

I love the idea of not talking to someone and only paying a cut if it works out.

Should you want down the road, think about buying a home with a laneway cottage or an inlaw suite for her and the main house for you as that will cut down on housing costs.
