For the rest of us, owning an Oregon coastal STR or vacation rental, beach home or beach cottage or moving to the majestic coast permanently, is a goal or dream come true. 

Its a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath cottage with panoramic mountain views that I plan to Airbnb and hold on to for a long term investment.

I am curious about the LTR price trend in Warner Robins in the last year or so and for the foreseeable future:Have new builds, like The Cottages on Bass Rd, for example, affected rents, in your experience?

I have a two bedroom 850 square foot furnished guest cottage I want to turn into a STR / MTR.

The kids have been to Lowe's/Home Depot/Surplus Warehouse/various trade stores more than other kids have been to Chuck E Cheese's and parks. 

Short term rentals are crazy on the Cape, but in some towns you'll run into homes that are summer cottages only, meaning that there is no heat or insulation.That said, I'd bet that Cape Cod is one of the best STR markets in the state.Do you have any particular questions?

Roughly 1/2 of the textured ceilings actually contain asbestos, as there were other types of the "cottage cheese" texture, and they all look the same.

Those are prefabs - not even the little, old craftsman cottages.
