#3 was owned by a family business that was either in a internal legal battle or restructuring after a death.All three are odd considering the path we expect a home to take once an investor purchases it, but such is life I suppose!

On October 6th, 2020 after a long time not working and battling health issues I decided to brush myself off and get back in the game.

I can smell their smoke from my living room, dining room, and bathroom.  

Cleaned up the place by removing all the junk ($500) and running an ozone generator in it for a few days to remove smoke smell.

She has 4 cats and the place smells horrible.

If I had to end up paying a $75 bill to "pick & choose" my battles and put parameters in place to keep me out of situations like that in the future, that's probably what I'd do, but really depends on the circumstances once you find out what's really going on.

While he was looking at our shell he was already talking about putting the animal portion of the business on the opposite side of the property, so furthest from my space, and double insulating the walls, extra ventilation etc....he seems like the noise/smell is something he wants to try and eliminate as his first space didnt do that as well. 

It’s going to be a long battle of  enforcements year after year.  

I’m locked and loaded and ready for battle.

Wife has never been interested, but now wants to get into Airbnb. 50% of my battle with real estate has been getting my wife on board, so I’m going to try some Airbnb.Any recommendations for books to help with Airbnbs?
