One of the hardest things for me is finding someone in the same age group as I am (teenager, almost adult tho =]) who find passion in being an entrepreneur and/or investing in real estate.

Well it's strange because a person that became famous from an "adult" video drew crowds like I've never seen before.

We are under contract to purchase a rental property and the day before closing it was discovered that one owner was a minor and the property was not actually owned only by the adult who claimed to be the sole owner.  

As I walk, I write down addresses of crappy rentals and distressed properties, and approach just about every adult I see outside.
