It is in a large (not huge) city 3 minutes walk to major University.

i find the service folks with families to be a bit more stable and return the homes in better shape than the single folks but that of course is not a universal there is always an exception to that. 

My daughter has one semester left before graduating college at the University of Arkansas.I spent much of my time raising my daughter because of my flexible schedule including softball, gymnastics, junior and high school band, daycare place, and piano lessons just to name a few. 

I work for a university and we have our own credit union. 

The homes we are looking at are about 45 minutes outside of Boston,  have universities and colleges, train stations, and are up and coming cities.

It isn’t all 🌽 and beans here, but there’s a thriving millennial market, aided by the population/demand of Drake University, Iowa State University, DMACC, Grand View, and Central College students, insurance market (one of the largest in nation, as seen in population of actuaries here, and Drake churns our pharmacists like no other due to their 6 year program), and the building of Facebook, Apple and Microsoft server centers around here due to nice tax breaks.
