Do trim bushes and mulch flower beds?

The contractor I hired had subs in painting and caulking the trim work.

Pay attention to things like light gaps around doors, the framing of the door itself (pop trim off and spray foam or similar) and all that jazz.

I had a plumber that did my rough in which passed inspection but now is MIA for the final trim-out.

Nice little house, renovated bathroom, one car garage, needs small things done like new paint on trim and basement, some carpentry work on back porch/steps, new gas range/oven.

Have a look at the trees to see if they need trimming.

So, some gross filters are needed to trim down the list:Minimum population - I would only consider cities with a population exceeding 1M.
