Baltimore master plumber recommendation
Hello BP community,
I’m doing my first rehab in Baltimore (upper fells point) and looking for master plumber recommendation that can act as a consultant to get my final plumbing inspection. I had a plumber that did my rough in which passed inspection but now is MIA for the final trim-out. I’m currently getting the finishes done through a friend (installing the bathroom vanity, shower head, toilets etc.) but want to make sure everything is done correctly and it passes final inspection. My plumbing permit also expired a few weeks ago. Any advice will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance! Lucas

You may have a problem , if it passed rough in and it expired , odds are you will need the old plumber to get an extention . A new plumber may have to file for a new permit . And finding a plumber to pull a permit when you had someone finish the work isnt going to be easy . Most licensed plumbers wont do that because its their name and liability on the line .
