My lease is written such that an unauthorized pet has associated a per day fine of $50/day (which is about what pet boarding costs) plus for any animal stay tenant agrees to HVAC duct cleaning and professional floor cleaning to remove any pet dander (some people are very allergic to pet dander).   

I’m a Superhost on that- we have people on the ground with maintenance, cleaning, security is fantastic .

They clean, advertise, provide linens, etc.

you can always do short term, might get more money that way but it will be a little more work with the clean ups. doesn’t hurt to try!

Would love to know how are you able to get interest rates so low - in the high 3.xx% when 10yr US Treasuries are > 4% and regular property investment interest rates are > 6%.

I also did not clean or paint the house and left all that to the tenant. 

These reasons are pushed to "the regular people" real world wealthy people I've see don't worry about it.

Clean up the building and have yourself some cash flow.
