You know what I think about this based on your situation but I thought you were going to contract this out to the minions,  They too busy now that they have their own movie?

Having roku is awesome because guests like watching movies but providing entertainment is very inexpensive.

I personally created my own animated 30 sec spot for the dollar movies in my city, I have my people like @Eyan Lakhani post signs and door hangers, cold and warm call FSBOs etc.
