We are trying to not use our retirement funds.

This resulted in needing to bring in a rescue fund to take over the property and change the name, pushing our original investors down to B-2 status.

Our website was just OK, our email campaigns were hit and miss, our conference presence was fairly minimal. 

It took us 10 months for a court to make a decision on a case where we were the plaintiff and the defendant did not even file a response to our motion to dismiss.

I think I'm in a pretty unique situation and am trying to figure out the right hoops to jump through to move forward.Long story short, I'm trying to tap into the equity of the rental property passed down from my grandparents that is held in an S-corp which is co-owned by myself, my siblings, our cousins, and an idiot uncle.

Most of our water pipes are in the ceiling here and when one breaks it ruins the floor, plus we have had some flooding and other issues in FL.

Our eviction ban was lifted just recently, but our governor is encouraging judges to stop hearing eviction cases.

In addition, I don't feel like our job market is mature.
