I have looked at sites like Realtor.com, Redfin, and Zillow but it doesn't provide OR doesn't give a pinpoint sale price on properties.

These sites are a complete waste of time and money.

Seems like there are alot of alternatives but property data from these sites appears to be a money grap. 

I am a real estate investor in Vegas, and my family has lived in the West Texas area for decades.I have a property that I'm working here and would love to speak with any buyers and or experienced wholesalers.I don't know how to connect on the site that I did see this thread while researching the wholesale market here.

Hello Hunter, does your local MLS not allow you to syndicate your rental listing to all those site?
