At some point prior to tax season, you might want to look into organizing your bookkeeping, which would include setting up a balance sheet for keeping track of assets, liabilities, and partner equity accounts.

If these are large apartment bldg per LLC, you are going to have a lot of activity so either it’s your full time job or you need to hire property mgr and bookkeepers to go with itIf you have one single family property per LLC (not my recommendation if you’ve seen some of my posts), then all the logistical requirements come with it.

Lastly, if you have this many properties worth millions of dollars, I would suggest you hire a bookkeeper for a few hundred dollars a month or have your CPA handle your bookkeeping for you (more expensive).
