You could post photos of a similar asethetic, but be very careful and make it very clear these are placeholder photos.

That was the biggest motivation to post it, and this was the most recent story I could recall.

Good afternoon everyone, been a member for over a year now and got started in Real Estate because of Biggerpockets, this is my first post. 

I would imagine if the home is being prepped before hand to remove all hazards, post burn there should be minimal debris.
