They found the mistake.

I like working with others and have not found anyone who is serious and wants to work together based on a written agreement. 

This girl fell for the guru BS before I found Bigger Pockets and I have had much more success on my own.

You've found the perfect spot to dive into real estate investing.

I purchased a duplex in Lorain in May of this year and hired a general contractor (GC) I found on Bigger Pockets.

I also found it less than helpful

I don't have an answer for your question, about increasing "winter" bookings, and I hope you've found one by now.

Through this forum I have found that people are projecting tone on words in a forum which is not reality at all.I agree that there is a groundswell of unresearched questions which is a personal pet peeve of mine and what led to this post.
