I have a back ground in construction but seek anew venture with the belief that this is where my life has directed me to be.

I like the buy and hold property strategy, but could also venture into private lending.

My wife and I are interested in starting a real estate venture focusing primarily on buying/updating/selling rehab houses and some buy and hold for renting.  

I'm ready to get smarter about this new venture with hopefully not falling into the 20 Deadly Mistakes!
