Factor that into your decision making.Cobbly Nob, White Oak, Cosby, and the areas out the East Parkway of Gatlinburg are not very popular and do not perform as well as other locales.The Glades, aka The Arts & Crafts Community, does okay and tends to attract an older crowd and has easy access to Pigeon Forge and Sevierville.Chalet Village in Gatlinburg is a big area and pretty popular, with units seeing better than average bookings.

@Eli M. this has happened to me multiple times. i don’t think appraisers know what that are doing at all. ever. either way, i always go through the report line by line and craft a very articulate letter requesting an increase in the value of the property. believe it or not, i got one to go from 178k to 255k. this is the biggest pain and most frustrating part of this whole investing process in my opinion.

So we have Attom through brokerage or MLS but was wondering if there were better solutions.I like to use it to get property data (sqft, buildable sqft, taxes, history, zoning etc) to theory craft out if there is a move to make.
