No matter what kind of car you roll up in, clothes you wear, how you speak, how you gesture everything may be interpreted because sometimes that is what we humans do.Some will see it just as you fear as the rich greedy SOB landlord here to collect pennies from the minions. 

Will my kids still have new clothes? 

That means no eating out at restaurants, no name brand clothing, no vacations, no expensive concerts or events, etc.

My issue is that I have to give them 30 days to pick up all their belongings, beds, sofa, 3 tvs, microwave, fridge, ac units, clothes, bike so that is where I am running into this issue??

Even if you get them out of the unit they may bring them right back with their suitcase/clothes when they come back.  

PS you can also hire your kids/family under a corp.or entity and essentially write-offcollege, beer money, clothes, beer, etc.Then there's Sec 179 business vehicles, etc.have the IRS pay half of your assetsif you decide to pay taxes LOL

Is there any other way to fix this without rewiring the home to insure as a primary residence?  Non-grounded you can put GFCI in breaker box but I dont think this makes it okay for insurance though.  Thoughts?
