I have a new flip coming up and for the sake of keeping things simple, keeping costs down and better interior aesthetics I'd like to go with a central air and heat system INSTEAD of a hydronic baseboard system and a central air unit.The question I have is, do buyers care about forced air heat?

Nothing appeals to everyone, however among the following, my wife and I have a strong preference over the personal  'yuck' factor in of the other.

The curb appeal is a little dated but was looking for suggestions on what should be done to the appearance of the property.

I had to learn how to do a lot on the fly, I staged the house re worked the front porch and took flowers right out of my own yard to give it some curb appeal.

An appraisal could be used to appeal the lender's appraisal if it comes in too low (which is what occurred during my 2nd contract).

But I’m looking for some specifics......I agree though, if they don’t take pride in the aesthetics of the property then that’s a major red flag!

Curb appeal is very important as if things don't look good they will have a negative attitude before they walk in the door. 

Finding trusted operators to invest with (that project is just an example) is very possible on BP, and talking with some of them about their business and your goals may make it a little more appealing to you.
