The eventual sale & seller financing of many of our rentals then achieved more significant returns as the notes @ 9-12% were on the inflated sale price usually 2-4x our original investment.

Investors can achieve the 1% rule in the dicey parts of town but you'll be dealing with tenant headaches, vacancy, etc.

I would think you could achieve this.      

As long as she doesn't force you to stop, it means she still respects your individual desire to achieve more. 

However if I do a BRRRR I can achieve infinite return by extracting all of my investment.

@Art GiacosaSetting up an LLC in a state where there is anonymity is great for protecting your privacy; however, privacy is really the only additional thing you are achieving.
