The more you customize the software, the harder it is to maintain and you end up with vendor lock which in simple terms you are at the mercy of your developer(s) as they are creating custom code that is difficult to maintain without them. 

Ours are mostly 1/1's for the business traveler. 

Drastically overbuilt the downward pressure will remain strong well into late 2020’s.

He's in his upper 60's and does not have a BP profile, not on Linked In so not much to check on.

@Bob S. stairs are tricky with LVP, but we've used floating so far.

I personally am not a fan of "old" (1920's year built) properties because they may have obsolete wiring, plumbing, windows, foundation problems, etc....yet they can have charm and are often in great locations.
