I’m sure there’s some grandfathering in of older rules and whatnot.

This doesn’t mean don’t pay attention to appreciation  and whatnot as that does factor in to the analysis, but don’t let that be the determining factor especially very early into investing.

If your building is best situated for an insurance agency, HR block, law firm, or whatnot then you won’t have an issue.
