- What systems/software do you recommend to use to determine the markets to invest/buy into?

I'm looking for a property management system for 10 units and growing.

The market is surprisingly high here for such a small place, but i think its because the town in growing and has a very good school system.

I vote for leave it be if there are no other issues.

Likewise, major alterations and change of use would require the structure to meet the new HERS (Home Energy Rating System) score.

There are two different sets of laws, what we call the old system and the new system.

Once you give them your criteria it’s typically in a system that is on autopilot and emails you updates.

I have a duplex where I rent out the garage and in my lease I state:“Tenant understands that Landlord doesnot provide any security alarm system or other security for the Premises.

There is no hard grading system on investment properties so “Class D” would be a subjective term but ideally it would refer to the “state/condition” of the property, “quality/affordability” of the tenant base and the “rent/income” it could provide.  

Would it be better to replace the entire HVAC system?
