Having once worked as a non-emergency medical transport driver, being financially independent means affording the best nursing care (when I get to that point) possible and not be dependent upon the government paid facilities that honestly scare the blazes out of me.

In Oregon the collector of lost monies like these is some obscure department like the transportation department..

Depending on what ARV you will be targeting, you may also need to look at finding areas that have good access to public transportation. 

AirB&B folks like tech stuff ;), nearby restaurants & bars, local websites for awesome stuff to do, link to get around on public transportation, etc... 3) Make their stay awesome with easy stuff they appreciate!

Lots of jobs within 30 miles, and good public transportation coverage.

I'm in a similar situation, I need to bring in lots of homes and I'm torn between the old single wides vs the smaller double wides (transported as a single wide).  

No restaurants, bars, shopping, public transportation, etc.

The guy you are working with needs to be willing to transport into the 21st century.  

I don't want to "cross streams" between brokerage activities, disclosure requirements, and the required use of approved forms and contracts by agents vice those "unregulated" activities associated with wholesaling.
