Doubtful that it will be in my opinion @Jim Groves Like anything else, it's going to get restructured as the problems with it are uncovered as it continues to develop itself.

I'm hoping that after enough research I'll have uncovered a few different ways of getting in at the right price point. 

I'm sure I missed some questions but definitely shoot some my way to help uncover those questions I can't remember. 

Many new investors think deals grow on trees but as you know it takes hard work and research to uncover a gem. 

If not, i would probably close it back up, not really a focal point in the center of a wall or in a kitchen along a cabinet line, its tucked in a corner, think you are watching rehab addict to much, she loves to uncover and keep brick  chimneys on her show. 

One of my new home projects I am building we had targeted 350k sale price when we hit the market Oct 2015. .. we are now at 370k today.. sold one today for 369k.. so nice upward movement nothing of the level of premium bay area but when you take that and average it over 22 homes we have remaining.. ( sold first 5 at the 350 to 355k number) that's a close to 500k gain for the project in 4 months..
