The last thing I need is some Melvin knocking on my front door because he wants me to fix the towel bar he broke.

The bar of entry to be a cop is pretty darn low and they are not legal experts by an stretch of the imagination.

So the bar to entry is not as high.

One activity I'm 100% sure you don't need a license for is the use of the search bar.

Its currently owned by a non profit and they have indoor climate controlled storage units in place and rented, a store front with tenant in place, a vacant and gutted second floor that could be finished and rented (probably about 2000-2500sqft) and a banquet hall with full kitchen and bar that has a max cap.

Driven people always raise the bar; so, reaching the original goal is often anticlimactic anyway...need to find happiness in the daily actions instead.

I was initially thinking one of the light gray vinyl plank choices, but wondering if that would clash with the existing flooring at the transition (by the breakfast bar in the photos) Any advice would be appreciated!

They told me they plan to move out by 11/1 to avoid the higher rent-But I'd rather get it rented in September at a higher rate-OS Bar says "If your tenant has lived in the dwelling for more than a year, you cannot terminate the tenancy for no cause unless you have a “qualifying landlord reason.”"
