I had an agreement with a realtor to sell some property for me, after 6 months of no phone calls or any contact from her whatsoever, I contacted her and had her send me a contract that terminated our agreement. 

I live in the same county and have raised my children there (one recently got out of the Navy, one graduated from our medical college and is making at least twice what I do in my medical job) and it still grinds my teeth when, frankly, white applicants comment how poor our schools in my county are and "want" to rent in the next white bread county over but DON'T want to pay the higher amount of rent they'd need to do so.

Someone closer to your location will turn up soon, I'm certain.If I can offer my two cents, you might want to cut your teeth on smaller deals to start with.

Problem is that many people just run around with no idea what they are doing, get stuff under contract and start marketing property without any licensure whatsoever.

I am lucky to have worked on iconic institutions of Los Angeles.I have no experience whatsoever and right when I decided I wanted to pursue this route, I kicked my learning mode into high gear.

If you have never done it it's not something to cut your teeth on.

They all bid the same amount so there was no advantage to them whatsoever.
