Hi All, I stumbled along the BiggerPockets Podcast one week ago and am blown away by what I've found.

Hello BPers,  stumbled upon BP and then I was amazed to see so many detailed and informative discussions.

I have have always had a interest in RE but never knew how to get started until I stumbled across BP.

Hey everyone, I'm hoping this forum reaches somebody who might be able to help.While taking an interest in real estate investing and understanding how to buy/rent/own/manage properties as the primary source of income, I've stumbled on the idea of becoming a real estate agent.I'm obsessed with property and finding value in an area, and I am certain that I can apply my passion in this field.I've been researching and reading a TON on what this career would look like for me and, the more time that I spend reading and looking at this stuff, the more I like it.

About 2 months ago or so I stumbled across BP while I was looking for housing in my area.

In my free time, I like to learn new things and I stumbled upon this site.

I also am a veteran of the United States Air Force, in my thirst for expanding my portfolio, and working smarter not harder, I have stumbled upon BP.

On the two extremes, Schwab, my preferred broker, has no idea how to handle IRA LLCs or alternatives in IRAs, which is why I stumbled across the Checkbook IRA world when getting ready for my next PE investment.

Flippers often do this when they stumble upon a house juuuuuuuuuuust good enough for traditional financing.
