Okay so on my buildings I have a 30 year old building.Next to the door is a 2 pane slider. One of the panes broke from someone attempting to get in to one of the units. From my car audio business days I worked with plexiglass.Much tougher than glass to break and was clear and easy to clean. Was thinking of buying a sheet for 20 bucks and putting in the front as one piece replacing the slider. The slider is next to the front door so it does not need escape access or air flow just to let sun light in the front room.Opinions??

The windows need to be taken care of no matter what as some have panes that were replaced with plastic or have gaps between the frame and glass.

It was common for me to hear people as I wandered around talking like "Uggh, the paint color and the carpeting, let's offer them $50k less" ....while I was crawling under the house and opening up the main panel......I had to chuckle as I drove away, usually making no offer at all. You're young and new to this risky, vicious game.

You can't make tenants replace filters which will strain these systems, hiring someone to do it monthly isn't cost effective I think.
