For me, I use a variety of methods to help combat parties such as:> External video cameras>30 and older rule to book property and families only>No parties specific rule in contract along with maximum allowable persons in home at any time>Stay in touch with my neighbors so they can be my second set of eyes on the place>I use Evolve so they cover up to $3000 in any damage and they will go after the guest's credit card if further funds are required.

For an introvert-shy-engineer type like myself it was an education and required learning to be more comfortable operating well out of my shell.There are real risks of self managing, and these are getting more pronounced, especially in some "blue" areas where the definition of discrimination and what constitutes 'fair housing practices' is evolving and getting more complex, subtle, and subjective.

I looked into these the capital expense of buying them is about 10 times that of a comp roof.takes amny years to recoup.. i am thinking though of using them on a 2 mil spec I am doing.I also own 2 Teslas' and love the company and the car..
