It has been an interesting ride with a lot of learning including help from Bigger Pockets.I am looking at redeploying into several syndication or take on another 'project' property but do not feel the need to rush the decision as I do DD on different options.

When people ride ATV's in the desert they kick up a significant amount of asbestos and I don't personally know one person who died from asbestos caused by break pads or desert dust, but I do personally know two children who were handicapped and doctors claim the cause was due to lead.The requirements for removing lead depends heavily on who lives in the house.

I wanted to go under and have parking below but that was not allowed the city planners want people to take metro and ride bikes .. so yes you look at the street and its a mess when those 3 units bring 3 to 6 cars with them and no place to park ..

Don't get me wrong I am happy to ride that wave for as long as it lasts and hopefully it will be forever, but the reality is that is what it is for most of us.Of course in my experience with council/zoning meetings the irony of this kind of thing is that it is often the "don't tread on me" types that are in favor of STR restrictions because the idea of a "transient" population in their living area terrifies them.
