I know this seemed sketchy but I keep reminding myself of those three important words "You never know".Left a message and got a call back a week later (which was a few minutes ago).  

I try to stop this but for some people you need to constantly remind them. 

It is a good reminder that I do not need the perfect property to do well and I would probably be better off getting started than waiting for fantastic deals.

Hi there I have a tenant who has been chronically late with rent since the lease began, first it was a week late, then 2 weeks, then a month...tenant pays eventually after multiple phone calls and reminders. 

Then they changed their mind because the main "PM" took charge and reminded the other person that it doesn't work like that.

Probably just had the resort tax in my mind from the yearly reminder from the tax collector about tax for rentals under 6 months.

Its a double edge sword  we all like to talk about how great our markets are but then are bummed out when deals start to get tight and or harder to get because of competition.It does remind me of my days buying homes at the court house steps.. at every auction you will have a big group of folks with about 4 to 6 REAL bidders..

It's all about staying in people's awareness, reminding them who you are, what you do, and how to reach you.  

A relative of ours who owns & manages a number of commercial properties reminded me at our Memorial Day BBQ ...."

This post is a cool reminder that we have viewed property ownership in a different manner in the past than we do today.
