Also, you will need to clearly state what your privacy policy is to gain the trust of the visitor and to be compliant with the law.Since your squeeze page will be very targeted, it should not attract both buyers and sellers if constructed properly.Another thing you will need to think about is how you will drive traffic to your squeeze page.

(ask me how I know; not happy )A solid fence also gives privacy. 6 foot, if local zoning allows it.Another fence option, if the neighborhood has a crime problem, is to build the fence out of hog panels and grow rosa rugosa over it.

Realtor is under the impression that the bank might want to discount it more since it doesn't have any late fees etc.Would the BPO take into account things that are missing, such as it doesn't have a privacy fence?
