Dent, Jr. it's about the 2017 crash and why I just read Parts I and V and skimmed the rest .. its the most childish and poorly written book I've read in 2017 (40+ books).How many times will he predict the crash and then have to postpone it?

The reason is even if you can postpone your mortgage you will most likely still need to pay other bills and put food on the table.

Like 30% of properties get postponed, another 30-40% are bought back by the bank holding the mortgage (these usually get listed on MLS) and the rest are sold to investors.

Currently I'm trying to get all my ducks in a row such as entity formation, talking with realtors/property managers about fine tuning my niche market and, of course, furthering my knowledge base, but I'm worried I'm gonna make myself too busy with all that stuff and postpone actually finding and executing a deal to start creating some income.

"If" you have to go down that road, explain that unfortunately the eviction (while postponed) will still show up on their public record and you will still file a second cause for any past due rents and damages once court resumes.

Someone who is a bankruptcy waiting to happen, can not only postpone your ability to kick them out - but then they can file bankruptcy on any money they owe you.Plus, if you jump through all these hoops for these tenants, how will you explain to fair housing why you don't do it for everyone?
