There must be a lot of pressure being put on Florida Politicians by homeowners to fix this problem. 

Yesterday I was driving through my neighborhood thinking "Now if only we could convince the politicians of the same thing..."

This is why more landlords need to get involved with politicians - so that our voice of "reason" is heard and one-sided laws aren't passed.

Some politicians were mentioning it recently as a ploy for votes.

As usual politicians know nothing about planning and make stupid decisions.

Politicians are not stupid and they rallied around housing with a massive injection by the Fed that was far-reaching and swift.Some say the government intervention will only fuel hyperinflation if that is the case, then real estate is one of the few places you will want to be invested so as an investment I don't see that argument as a negative. 

The stupid politicians have hindered our abilities to do this.Last note/food for thought: Be careful with such a strategy!

Generally speaking, paying it back is not subject to terms such as only if my real property value goes up or stays the same.I am not a politician so I don't need to blame it on congress or banks.
