I think the issue really is one of perspective.

I play in the MTR space from a financing perspective.

I have a unique perspective.

The only negative from an owners perspective is that it's very expensive to move a mobile home vs a tiny home.  

Get one that you are good at doing, don't hate, and have the correct perspective and attitude.

I also welcome perspectives on utilizing a HELOC, other financing options, or keeping my primary mortgage-free.

I'm a new wholesaler and looking for motivated sellers is extremely hard from my new perspective.

By doing so, from her perspective, if you miss a payment she keeps your 70k and takes the house back so thats really good protection.
