The rest goes to the tenant, unless something else is damaged. 

The Summary page was reserved for 4-5 major issues like damaged trusses, anything leaking, undersized electrical panel, water under the house, etc....y'know, big and important stuff.So this joker has 5 pages of summary items...everything from loose doorknobs to a loose tile.

As far as the floor goes, it could be normal settlment damage or it could be structural.

The landlord has $2000 from us in security deposit.We are moving out by the end of May, and my concern is that they may falsely charge us for damages or things that were not done by us and I need to safeguard my interest.

This is a common problem, but there are several actions we can take to curtail it:Follow the l/t regs in your state to properly notify the tenant about any damages that will be deducted from the security. 

However, I have some concerns about the potential costs involved in mold remediation, especially if it requires tearing up drywall.I'm considering whether I should inform my insurance company to see if they can cover the damage.

If the manufacturer delivers a damaged building or if the manufacturer files for bankruptcy you could end up the creek without a paddle.For full disclosure my experience with construction lending on prefab/modular homes is limited to residential 1-4 units so there may be some differences if you are building much larger commercial units

Is it a hurricane damaged house?

Or are those asset classes really permanently damaged?

I do plan on documenting any and all damage or expected damage and claiming upon cleaners getting in there.Appreciate all the feedback.
