I am currently looking to find some fix n flip houses in the SLC area. 

There's a pair of 2bd/1ba duplexes with attached 1 car garages for each unit (so 9bd 4ba, 4 1car garages for the whole purchase) It's in a pretty rural town in N.

Do-overs: start earlier, do it more often, try to learn to like landlording better since fix n hold is such a good financial strategy.

I purchased a duplex with a single family home all on one lot at the beginning of this year on 2nd N and 21st and haven't been able to find much since. 

Also as of right now I would be using it to fund fix n flips and hopefully buy n hold but I can't seem to figure out how to structure them to protect all parties involved...I am also wandering about sec rules and how they apply to any of this.

I'm actually in contract now on a place in N.
