I've been using Hostaway for a few years and generally like the platform and the support.We made a recent switch from Turno to Breezeway for better vendor/maintenance coordination.

You can manage D grade rentals in rough areas but in general the most success is from those that manage their own rentals in those areas of town. 

We plan to do a lead inspection first but just want to get a general idea of how much it will cost before purchasing this property.Thanks in advance,Ann

I generally recommend aspiring investors to focus on a market or markets that they know well.

Generally, the plumbing contractor can supplement with their own plumbing plans that have nothing to do with the architectural drawing.

And BRRRR in general are hard to make pencil, primarily because rents in my market, while up, have not really grown as fast as overall property values, and the cost to finance is much higher relative to a couple years ago.

Why is it that so many General Contractors in the California Bay Area drive vehicles that don't display their contractor license number or business name?
