Icing on the cake if you get it!

Maybe come back to retire after out of the Navy.How would you break the ice?

Then they reminisce on their +2 decade something experience blahblah.I kept my zen and simply broke the ice with social talk, but every time I nearly lost it.

But, of course we got that lovely ice/snow storm and many local gov't offices were closed.

Mine are short walk to beaches, restaurants, pizza shop, ice cream, mini golf, and bars.

It appears that TX and GA are good states for a quick (2-3 months) resolution – others like NY take a long time (445 day process period) other states have a 365 day redemption period (talk about putting the funds on ice…).

I was on an HOA board where a guy threatened to sue because he slipped on some ice in front of his unit.

But, praising their "help" and rewarding it every once in a while (not every day) with an ice cream cone or a movie (CLEARLY stating that the cone or the movie is "payment for their services") will teach them that focus and effort are rewarded.

As far as 'appreciation', I think of that as icing on the cake ( I plan to hold mine at least 15-20 years)Dan Dietz

Look for expired listings, properties with a history of being on the market, high DOM count.Does an ice cream store only sell the flavors?
