Be sure to have one installed and have it wired to the light switch, ideally with a delay so it keeps running for a few minutes after your tennat took a nice hot shower.Also, make sure you educate your tenant about mold and why it's growing.

From what we have experienced, since we manage a couple of properties for short term rentals, is that the 3+ bedroom condos are the hot ticket items.

Agree that it won't help the seller get top dollar but if the motivation is truly to liquidate asap that info will help drum up interest from buyers.You won't hear that story in a hot market like Denver unfortunately!

Currently, the rental unit is empty so I just shut off the furnace and the water heater to conserve oil, and frankly because there's no need for hot water and heat (currently not freezing).
