Obviously, everyone is going to feel bad for the people but there are a lot of organizations available to them where they can get assistance. 

So, us investors are all trying to organize our own management of the property, but with no help from Lifeafar.

Just pay it back within the year of 0% interest.If you organize your money & use it like a force, it’ll open more doors & bring more money back than you can make all by yourself.

If you are working with a CRE attorney that knows what they are doing, $1500 is a bargain for a custom PSA and organizing a LLC with operating agreement, resolutions, etc.

I would just say that if you go to one where you quickly get the vibe the organizer is trying to sell something (i.e. some kind of coaching or get rich quick whatever...) get out of there...meetups should be about networking, sharing opportunities etc...IMHO not about selling your fellow REIA members....if anyone disagrees I'd welcome the input

Does anyone have any feedback on those organizations?

I did a recent project where we converted a giant closet into a bedroom and added a window and a normal sized closet into the room. 

How do you confess everything you know and feel the organization isn't going to beat you to the punch??

I should've been more organized in my layout and I included vacancy in OpEx.
