I know it's in beta, but is anyone else having issues with the lead manager freezing up when you try to add a lead?

Cable didn't prevent the gutters from freezing.

Taxes were shown net after senior freeze and occupancy exemptions.

It's very hard to win the appeal at the hearing (I've tried and failed) but the two year freeze often makes it worth the hassle.Good luck!

Hello everyone,I'm calculating out an offer to put in on a house with some freeze damage.

He is concerned with 95% can freeze.  

I had the same question, so far from reading the responses, no one has definitively been able to offer any advice on how to stay cash flow positive where the government has mandated a rent freeze.

I wish that video he posted wasn't freezing so much but I got a lot out of it.

I have back up room heaters set to use for winter when pipes freeze or heat goes out.. it happens and beats trying to find one in the middle of the night. 

The reason we're going to have to do something with the house is because we've found a new primary residence (which is what we've been looking for for the past 3 years) that we would like to purchase, and we'd really like to take possession by end of summer/early fall as we would have to do fencing and possibly a septic system before the ground freezes.
