Buying a house with freeze damage?
Hello everyone,
I'm calculating out an offer to put in on a house with some freeze damage. This is a REO property so there's not a whole lot of info on it, just that freeze damage exists. The realtor said that they think the boiler was compromised and "there are pops in the baseboard". Does anyone have experience with this/know where to start estimating replacement costs?
(This is for a 1200 sq ft home in the Hartford CT area.)

Thanks for the input guys, I figured the best bet was to just put in the offer assuming the full replacement cost.
