I have a complex financial picture with RRSPs in Canada, RI in Canada, IRA/401k and other stocks/bonds in the US, vacation rental US,.. while I have confidence in my ability I also recognize that there are limits to my knowledge and speed at which I can learn (e.g. tax implications in two countries, ugh!).

Currently we have 3 homes:Primary Res: 360k owed at 3.625% interest rateRental One: 196k Owned at 3.375% interest rateRental Two (closing in 30 days): 134k owned, 4.5% interest rateIf we want to pay these down fastest, it is going to be best to make extra payments to the one with the higher rate is my assumption correct?

Expanding further on $3 million plus condos in Houston,...the fastest one to sell via public sources was in 303 days, the 2nd fastest at 447 days, and the longest at 972 days with the others falling in between the last 2 numbers.
