I'm always fascinated when I see CT ads here in Texas...trying to get businesses to relocate to the great state of CT?!

I graduated from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey in 2011 in Computer Science and Information Systems and landed my first career job as a Data Analyst for FAA.

The laws of supply and demand are basic and still fascinating, yet it seems to be the perception of wealth attatch to the object de jour, real estate, that drives it the most. that, is my 2 cents.

Dont get me wrong education is important, but its far from rocket science to do real estate.I cant change oil, I cant change breaks, I cant run a press, in fact there are countless things that I cant do but I can make alot of money in real estate.

I've heard (on some kind of science show) that only about 15% of people have the ability to truly visualize things. 

I am an engineer by trade, but find real estate incredibly fascinating.

I suggest this over pure finance (something very heavy in econ, statistics, and calc) because that's the curriculum I studied and have found the non finance (marketing, business law, management science, accounting) material very useful.

Its nothing crazy but we've managed to use the profits on those to buy two for personal use (see my note below on finding a way to profit off our consumerism;)Investing in Timber Land is also fascinating to me. 

The fact is, it is not easy, though it is not rocket science either.Pick a strategy that fits your goals, abilities, and strengths.

I don’t know if there is an exact science behind it.
