New to Real Estate Investing from Simpsonville, SC

My name is Brian. I am 36 years old and new to the world of real estate investing. I currently have 1 residential property that I rent and would like to expand my portfolio of buy & hold properties. I have a goal of using the cash flow from properties to offset my income and retire early. I am an engineer by trade, but find real estate incredibly fascinating. I am excited to get started on my journey here and will hopefully meet other local members to learn from.
