Around here the ones that end-up listed are either not deals, or are being handled by a residential real estate agent - both are exercises in frustration.If you want to find good deals, join a local landlord/apartment owners association or real estate investor association.

I would still be exercising regularly but I severely broke my ankle last year causing exercise to be incredibly difficult.

I also enjoy to cook and bake, exercise from all the cooking and baking, and trying to learn new languages, French and Italian are on the list for now.

You can exercise the home warranty on items, such as furnaces, water heater, fridges, dishwasher, etc.
