Maybe some day, but for now you would probably need separate services for most systems (Nest thermostat for remotely controlling HVAC, sperate system for pool, etc.)You can of course have some systems bundled together if they are the same brand.

Once proven, you can always refinance out and capture 75% of the equity.I figure the risk is diminished slightly since you will be using anywhere from 10%-20% of your cash position and not dumping the whole nest egg in.
